The Caretaker

FTC X Bangarang.

Handmade in collaboration with the dudes at FTC, a modern duty belt was created specifically for professional firearms users.

The goal of the collaboration was to develop a molle-adaptive, low-impact and, above all, lightweight belt system.

After several months of wear and test trials in collaboration with professionals from the German armed forces and police, the Caretaker has exceeded expectations.

The innovative use of a thermoplastic plate in combination with a PU-coated INVISTA Cordura®️ sheath saves weight and provides a high degree of flexibility without sacrificing stability for holsters and equipment.

All belts were made with Type13 a1 or Type7 a1 webbing of American and German manufacture in accordance with MIL-W-4088. A double-row Molle system provides the ability to securely attach equipment using Pals loops. Great care was taken to keep the belt as flat as possible.

A D-ring was deliberately omitted to save space and weight. A loop at the ends of the sleeve nevertheless offers the possibility of attaching a carabiner for gloves or similar equipment.

The Caretaker is secured by a tried and tested Austrialpin PRO STYLE COBRA®️ buckle.

The included inner belt is kept as flat as possible. Everything that makes the belt thicker or wider has been deliberately dispensed with. This allows it to pass through the tiny loops of the Bw field trousers. It corresponds perfectly with the inner Velcro of the Caretaker belt.

Each Caretaker system is handmade and has individual features. No two belts are 100% alike. Limited to 15 pieces.
